If you want to listen or download the mp3 file (ala, the PodCast) via your web browser then either: Click on the associated small speaker icon (shown circled in red below) to the right of each PodCast entry. If your web browser is configured for playing mp3 files, you should hear it through your speaker(s) Right-click the associated small speaker icon (shown circled in red below) to the right of each PodCast entry and download it to a place on your hard drive.
